Why we are publishing this for free
The Samruddhi Mahamarg is a generational corridor. We want serious land buyers — even those who have never heard of Meridian — to see how we think.
The 12 pockets
We will not list them in this public note. The report itself names each pocket, gives village-level cadastral references, current land cost, and the infrastructure trigger that we believe causes the next leg of pricing.
How to use this
This is a primer. Members get the full study with maps and per-village data. Non-members can use the framework below to build their own screens.
Our screen
- Distance to a Samruddhi interchange (≤ 8 km)
- Distance to a planned industrial node (≤ 12 km)
- Existing 220kV power line within 5 km
- Year-round water source
- District-level industrial policy support
Apply this screen ruthlessly. Most pockets will fail. That is the point.
