A research-led practice studying the land beneath India's infrastructure cycle.
Meridian Property Services Private Limited
Meridian Property Services Private Limited is a research-led land intelligence practice focused on infrastructure-led opportunities across Maharashtra.
We study how ports, logistics corridors, power infrastructure, data centres, and digital infrastructure can influence land demand and long-term value creation.
We are not a brokerage. We are a research practice — building a structured, ground-backed understanding of how India's next infrastructure cycle is reshaping land across the western corridor.

Anshul Jain
Anshul Jain is building Meridian as a founder-led research practice focused on infrastructure-led land opportunities. Over the last 18 months, he has worked on ground research across the upcoming Vadhavan Port region — studying land parcels, local price movement, logistics connectivity, investor interest, and the long-term transformation expected from port-led infrastructure.
His current work connects two important themes: port-led land transformation through Vadhavan Port, and digital infrastructure land research through data-centre site selection. His long-term vision is to build a trusted India–UAE bridge for infrastructure-led land and digital-infrastructure opportunities.
In his own words.
I started this journey by spending time on the ground in the Dahanu–Palghar region, studying the land transformation around the upcoming Vadhavan Port.
That experience taught me that land should not be judged only by price, location, or broker opinion. Serious land opportunities are created when infrastructure, timing, demand, ownership, and local intelligence come together.
Through Meridian, my goal is to build a research-led land intelligence platform focused on Maharashtra's next infrastructure cycle — from ports and logistics to data centres and digital infrastructure.

Land is shaped by infrastructure — not the other way around.
Research before transaction
Every serious decision begins with a question — what is changing here, why, and over what timeline?
Ground over assumptions
Field visits, village-level conversations, and primary observation matter more than maps alone.
Patience over hype
Infrastructure cycles play out over years. Our work is built for that horizon, not for noise.
