The four-axis screen
Every data centre site we evaluate must pass four screens:
- Power — minimum 50 MW headroom within 24 months
- Water — assured non-monsoon supply for cooling
- Fibre — at least two long-haul routes
- Land — clean title, contiguous, non-monsoon-flooding
What we surveyed
22 sites across Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Khalapur, Talegaon and Hinjewadi. Field visits, power-utility verifications, water-table interviews with local farmers, fibre-route walks with telco field engineers.
